Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment, including single sessions and block bookings.

Single appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

Block bookings must be paid for in advance. When multiple sessions are booked ahead, those appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged and deducted from the block booking.

Any unused block-booked sessions cancelled with the required notice will be refunded or may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

This policy helps protect appointment availability and ensures fairness to all clients.
