Block Bookings and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Block bookings must be paid for in advance. When multiple sessions are booked ahead, those appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged and deducted from the block booking.
Any unused sessions cancelled with the required notice will be refunded or may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
This policy helps protect appointment availability and ensure fairness to all clients.
