About Me.
I'm Julia – a holistic therapist and counsellor-in-training, passionate about supporting people through both bodywork and therapeutic connection.
My journey into this work began with my own experiences of navigating health, hormone shifts, and post-surgical recovery. It opened the door to holistic practices that honour the whole person - physically, emotionally, and energetically - and that exploration became both a personal path and professional calling.
I offer a range of treatments designed to restore balance, relieve tension, and support your body’s natural rhythm. These include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for fluid balance and recovery, and a variety of tailored massage treatments — from deep tissue and Indian head massage to my signature Rebalance Massage, which combines intuitive techniques and aromatherapy oils to meet your unique needs on the day.
Alongside holistic therapy, I’m currently completing my Level 4 CPCAB counselling training (after first studying psychology and childhood development as part of an Open Degree). I'm now in the final stage of qualification, completing my clinical hours, and am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I'm also deeply passionate about fitness and strength training, because of the way movement and muscle can support emotional resilience, hormonal balance, and long-term health. For me, strong bodies and strong minds are connected - and I bring that understanding into all the work I do.
This work isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. I care deeply about creating grounded, compassionate spaces for people to come back to themselves. Whether through hands-on treatment, counselling, or a blend of both.
