The Rebalance Massage is my signature treatment and a deeply nurturing experience for both your body and mind. This 90-minute session is entirely tailored to you, blending a range of techniques to meet your individual needs on the day.
After a short consultation, I intuitively tailor your treatment using a thoughtful blend of hands-on techniques. Depending on what your body needs on the day, this may include deep tissue work to ease muscular tension, myofascial release to soften restriction and restore movement, and slower, nurturing massage to support relaxation and sensory regulation. Calming scalp work and soothing foot massage may also be incorporated to help quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and support your body’s natural flow.
I use an organic blend of aromatherapy oils chosen for their therapeutic benefits - helping to relax the nervous system, support the body’s natural healing processes, and create a peaceful sensory experience.
This treatment is about listening to your body, working with what presents, and creating a safe space for release and restoration.
